Download Help

If you Create a Login, you will be able download your files.

If you can't login it's likely that your order was placed with a Guest Checkout and you don't have a login yet, so you will need to Create a Login to access your downloads.

If there are no files in your account, then your order was probably placed using a different email address. It could be your PayPal email address, your old AOL.com email address, etc. Try to Create a Login with that other email address. If you can't figure it out, send me a message along with your first & last name and I'll look it up for you.

You can Create an Account to access all of your downloads, including the latest updated files.

You will need to go to CreativeMarket.com to login and access your files.

Email me and I can reset your download links. Be sure to include your first & last name so I can look up your order.

For Beginners

The resources I sell are not contained in a standalone app. They require graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, or CorelDraw.

If you are new to graphic design software, I recommend both Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe Photoshop CC. If you need to choose just one, go with Adobe Illustrator. To get going much faster, you can sign up for a free month of Illustrator and Photoshop classes from Lynda.com.

Have a look at Affinity Designer (alternative to Illustrator) and Affinity Photo (alternative to Photoshop).

The majority of the items I sell require using Photoshop or Illustrator software on a desktop or laptop computer.

Photoshop and Illustrator have a fairly steep learning curve. If you want to learn Photoshop or Illustrator, I'd recommend taking some classes on Lynda.com. You can usually get a free month of unlimited classes on Lynda.com if you are new to that website.

Logo Design Master Collection and Graphic & Logo Bundle Vol. 1are the easiest to use templates that I sell. They are suitable for users with some basic Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge. You can customize them, change the colors, and change the wording and fonts. And they can be used for t-shirt designs, hats, patches, stickers, etc.

T-Shirt Design Master Collection 1 and T-Shirt Design Master Collection 2 have a wider variety of resources for Photoshop & Illustrator, like textures, t-shirt mockup templates, and logo templates, and graphic design workshop courses. These two bundles tend to be more intermediate level products.

However, if you take some introductory classes on Lynda.com, the tutorials that come with the T-Shirt Design Master Collection 1&2 will help.

TheVectorLab sells time-saving t-shirt design tools to people who use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity or CorelDraw software. The main categories are Textures, Apparel Mockup Templates, Workshop Courses, and Graphic & Logo Templates

Custom Designs & Bundles

Thank you for asking! Due to time constraints, I am unable to take on new projects.

If you need custom designs, you can email me, and I may be able to refer you to some of my friends who are excellent freelance graphic designers. You can discuss with them your project scope and budget. To give you an idea of what graphic design rates may be, here are some estimates roughly based on the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook Pricing & Ethical Guidelines:

T-shirt graphic design: $350-$700 USD each
Company logo design: > $3000 USD
Full branding ID project: > $7000 USD

If this is over your budget, there are plenty of other graphic designers out there that may be able to help. Try 99designs.com or upwork.com. Or perhaps your local design college can refer you to a very good student designer.

Sorry, due to time constraints, I am unable to take on custom projects. But you are welcome to suggest new product or design ideas.

Most of the bundled items, such as the designs in Logo Design Master Collection are available only in a bundle, and aren't offered as a single separate item.

I don't offer that service. You should be able to find someone that can help you on 99designs.com or upwork.com.

License Agreement

Absolutely. Every item and bundle on TheVectorLab comes with a Commercial License, which means that you can print the designs onto items for sale. Please check out all the License Details.

After your initial order, there is no subscription cost or expiration date on the use or license of the templates, designs, or classes. Every item and bundle is sold with a one-time fee.

Once you order, you receive all future product updates for free. These product updates are sent out to everyone who ordered via email.

Software Compatibility

Yes, essentially all of the items on TheVectorLab are available for Illustrator and Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS6, and CC.

There are just a few exceptions, for instance there are some Photoshop-only or Illustrator-only items. Check out the product description for software compatibility.

Some of the items and bundles (but not all) will work in CorelDraw.

Here's a collection of items that are made specifically for CorelDraw.

You can also have a look at this page to see which items can currently be used in CorelDraw.

I'm planning to expand the CorelDraw offering soon. Sign up for the Newsletter to get notified as soon as CorelDraw items are offered.

Some of the items and bundles (but not all) will work in Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo.

Here's a collection of items and bundles that are made specifically for Affinity, with full instructions included.

You can also have a look at this page to see which items can currently be used in Affinity (however, full instructions are not included for Affinity).

I'm planning to expand the Affinity offering soon. Sign up for the Newsletter to get notified as soon as Affinity items are offered.

Sorry, I haven't been able to test the resources outside of Illustrator CS4-CC, Photoshop CS4-CC, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, and CorelDraw. Instructions for other software is not included.

In general, the graphic & logo templates (such as Logo Design Master Collection) will not work in other software because the type formatting will not translate. You may be able to open the PSD or AI files in other software, but you won't be able to edit the text without manually rebuilding the type arches, etc.

However, the textures from TheVectorLab that come in Bitmap TIFF and PNG format will work in most other graphic design software. Check your software's documentation to see which file formats are supported.

"Automator" Smart PSD files that apply texture will usually not work outside of Photoshop CS4-CC because they utilize features and special layers that will only function in a full version of Photoshop (not including Photoshop Elements).
