In each case where the Standard License
is amended by the terms of an Extended License, all other terms and
conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect, including
all Prohibited Uses.
Standard License Information
Permitted Uses:
A. Less than 500,000 units for advertising and promotional projects,
including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, film and
video presentations, commercials, catalogs, brochures, promotional
greeting cards and promotional postcards (i.e. not for resale or
license);
B. books, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, multimedia
projects, and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations;
C. internet banners and website graphics up to a maximum of 640 x 480 pixels;
D. prints, posters and other reproductions for personal use or
promotional purposes specified in (A) above, but not for resale, license
or other distribution.
Prohibited Uses:
A. use the Licensed Material in any product for sale;
B. use any of the Licensed Material as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
C. Post the Licensed Material in vector format or in a resolution higher than 640 x 480 pixels on any website, electronic bulletin board, FTP,
file sharing programs, or any other format that enables it to be
downloaded or distributed;
D. disassemble, decompile, or unlock, reverse engineer,
translate or otherwise decode the Licensed Material for any reason;
E. distribute, sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or
otherwise transfer or distribute the Licensed Material or the rights
granted under this Agreement.
Extended License Information

Items for Resale:
You may purchase Extended Licenses allowing the Licensed Material in
items for resale including: cards, stationary, stickers, posters,
stationary, apparel items, t-shirts, games, toys, and framed artwork.
2)
Unlimited Reproduction / Print Runs:
The Standard License limits the units you may print the Licensed
Material to 499,999 reproductions. You may purchase Extended Licenses
allowing the Licensed Material to be used for an unlimited number of
printed promotional products including product packaging, presentations,
film and video presentations, commercials, catalogs, brochures,
promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards (i.e. not for
resale or license)

Multi-Seat:
This option allows you to extend usage of the Licensed Material to more than one person within your organization.
